As a certified HUD Housing Counseling Agency, since year 2000, ROM receives annual administrative audits by a HUD representative. Audits include but not limited to a random selection and review of client case files, organization financial reports, tracking systems, site inspections, approved proposals, and other certifications and training records of Housing Counselors.
